As for CSK’s form, it has only gone bad to worse. CSK are the only second team after MI who are yet to win a single match this season. With four losses in four matches, captain Ravindra Jadeja pointed out how BIG a miss Deepak Chahar is for the team.

“Deepak Chahar is definitely our main bowler. We hope that he returns to the team as soon as possible. Taking wickets with the new ball is very important. As a bowling unit, you expect to take two to three wickets in the powerplay. His presence strengthens the bowling order,” Ravindra Jadeja said after CSK’s 8-wicket loss to SRH.
