MS Dhoni personally made the trip to Erode Junction railway station to collect a fan made handiwork of him and his daughter. The handloom shop, run by an ardent cricket fan, featured a designed cloth artwork of MS Dhoni and hia daughter Ziva.
On hearing the news, Dhoni was touched and reached out to the authorities, before personally travelling to the store and collecting the art piece. Check the pictures here:

The news comes days after Dhoni had personally taken time out to meet a specially abled fan at the Ranchi Airport. In an Instagram post, the specially abled fan expressed her gratitude, thanking the CSK captain for taking his precious time out to meet her. She revealed that MS Dhoni was kind and soft spoken, and could not express her delight in words.

On a personal note, it wasn’t the best of campaigns for MS Dhoni and CSK as the defending champions finished 9th with just four wins to their name. Dhoni, who had handed captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja before the season, returned to the helm mid season, but couldn’t arrest the slide in what was only their second season of not reaching the playoffs.
