The Maharashtra opener has played some scintillating knocks over the course of the season, but his maiden IPL century will be his crowning jewel moment. In the game against Rajasthan, Gaikwad just took a special liking towards the bowlers and hit them to all parts of the ground. 2. KL Rahul 98* vs Chennai Super Kings
KL Rahul has been uber consistent in the IPL over the last few years and the Punjab Kings captain signed off IPL 2021 in some style. The Indian opener scored a stunning 98* off just 42 deliveries against CSK in the final league game to finish off a chase of 136 in less than 14 overs. while the [pitch wasn’t easy to bat, Rahul was at his sublime best, displaying an array of shots that took the bowlers by surprise.

3. Devdutt Padikkal 101* vs Rajasthan Royals
Devdutt Padikkal reigned supreme in Phase 1 for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and the left-hander produced a masterclass against Rajasthan Royals at the Wankhede. Chasing 180+ to win, Padikkal overshadowed captain Virat Kohli and raced to his maiden IPL hundred, showcasing his immense skill set and range of shots against a hapless attack.
4. Kieron Pollard 87* vs Chennai Super Kings
Kieron Pollard propelled Mumbai Indians to a sensational win over the Chennai Super Kings, in what could easily be the heist of the season. Mumbai were looking down and out in their run chase before Pollard started to clear the boundary at will, eventually scoring a sensational 34-ball 87* to see his team over the finish line.
5. Faf du Plessis 95* vs Kolkata Knight Riders
Faf du Plessis has been one of the top performers in IPL 2021 and his consistency at the top of the order is one of the key reasons behind CSK’s run to the final. The South African veteran has time and again showed his class and agonisingly missed out on a hundred in Phase 1, against the Kolkata Knight Riders. Du Plessis remained unbeaten on 95, as CSK put on 220 on the board, and eventually clinch an 18-run win.
