Royal Challengers BangaloreWin 1 out of 3 remaining games: Virat Kohli’s RCB has now found the rhythm as they defeated RR in their last game by 7 wickets.

Kohli’s team now has 14 points from 11 matches with 7 victories and is comfortably placed at No. 3 in IPL Points Table. Victory in 1 of the 3 remaining matches will be enough for Kohli’s team to enter IPL Playoffs.

Kolkata Knight Riders – 2 victories of 3 matches: Eoin Morgan’s side is in some form. KKR defeated DC to give major boost to their playoff chances. Their task has eased out a bit with the victory over Delhi Capitals.

They are currently at the 4th position & share 10 points with Mumbai Indians. In remaining matches, KKR have to lock horns with Punjab Kings (PBKS), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) – and they need to win a minimum 2 to qualify for IPL Playoffs.

Mumbai Indians – Win 3 out of 3 Games: The defending champion Mumbai Indians is back in the IPL Playoff Race after beating Punjab Kings. They defeated Punjab Kings to jump to 5th place in IPL 2021 Points Table.

To qualify for Playoffs MI need to win all 3 matches. Their NRR is inferior that KKR and others and it will be safer for them to win all 3 games and qualify for playoffs in style. Otherwise even 2 victories from 3 matches might get them a playoff spot. MI has to face Delhi Capitals (DC), Rajasthan Royals (RR), and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the remaining matches.

Punjab Kings – 3 Victories of 3 Remaining Matches: The perrenial under-achievers of IPL, Punjab Kings is at No. 5 position in the IPL Points table. They have 8 points from 11 matches & playoff spot is once again slipping from their hands.

They still are in contention but with a rider. In all 3 remaining matches – they have to win them in style & big margins to qualify for Playoffs.

In the remaining matches, PBKS will face: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Chennai Super Kings (CSK)

Rajasthan Royals – 3 Wins in 3 Matches: RR is in big trouble now after losing to bottom-placed Sunrisers Hyderabad and RCB. Now they are in Do or die situation.

They will now have to win all three games to qualify for playoffs & will hope other results go in their favour.

They have matches lined up against Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mumbai Indians (MI), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)

SunRisers Hyderabad – 4 out of 4 matches SRH should Win: SRH is the bottom placed side in the IPL Points table with only 2 win in 10 games. They are all but out of the playoff contention. SRH beat RR on Monday to earn their 2nd victory. Mathematical calculation says they still can qualify by winning all 4 matches – but for that to happen, 1023 permutations and combinations will have to fall in their favor. So all is already over for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL 2021.
