IPL 2021 Points Table, Orange Cap, Purple Cap Holders List: Punjab Kings captain KL Rahul on Friday smashed 91 runs off just 57 balls to complete 300 runs in the IPL and overtake Shikhar Dhawan. He smashed 7 fours and 5 sixes in his innings. He has now scored 331 runs in 7 innings. DC’s Shikhar Dhawan is placed second with 311 runs in an equal number of innings. Faf du Plessis is placed 3rd in the list with 270 runs in 6 innings. He can overtake KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan when CSK plays against MI on Saturday.

IPL 2021 Purple Cap: RCB’s Kyle Jamieson has jumped to the top 10 in the Purple Cap table with a couple of wickets (9 wickets in IPL 2021) against Punjab Kings. Meanwhile, Harshal Patel has continued to lead the table with 17 wickets in 7 matches. DC’s Avesh Khan is placed second with 13 wickets in 7 matches. Rahul Chahar and Chris Morris are placed third with 11 wickets each in IPL 2021.

IPL 2021 Points Table: Punjab Kings’ KL Rahul climbs to 5th spot; MS Dhoni’s CSK tops leaderboard- KL Rahul-led Punjab Kings have jumped to 5th spot after a 34 runs victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Friday. The win pushed them a place ahead while RCB remained stagnant with 10 points at No.3 in the IPL 2021 table.

IPL 2021 Orange Cap Race: DC’s Shikhar Dhawan regains top spot, Prithvi Shaw 3rd in Orange Cap race-
Delhi Capitals opener Shikhar Dhawan regained the top spot in the IPL 2021 Orange Cap race with a boundary off Prasidh Krishna. Dhawan now has 311 runs in 7 innings. His teammate Prithvi Shaw moved into the Top 3 with a brilliant 41-ball 82 against Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday.

IPL 2021 Trade Window Live UpdatesThe trade window for 14th edition of the Indian Premier League has opened from today. During the transfer window, franchises can sell, loan trade players to the other franchises provided the players give their consent to be part of the other franchise. As per the IPL guidelines, the window got activated on Monday and will continue to stay open till May 23rd, the last day of the league match this IPL season.

  • Not a trade but RCB has got their replacement for Kane Richardson.
  • Scott Kuggeleijn who has been part of the IPL 2021 Reserve pool for Mumbai Indians has been taken over by RCB as Richardson’s replacement on Tuesday.
  • Scott Kuggeleijn is a genuine pace-bowling all-rounder who can clock in the lower 140s consistently, whilst also being able to use the long handle effectively.

IPL 2021 Six Hitters – IPL 2021 Most Sixes: List of Highest SIX hitting cricketers in IPL 2021:

KL Rahul (7 matches – 16 sixes): PBKS batter and skipper KL Rahul continues his IPL 2020 form in IPL 2021. He is the highest run-scorer this year with 331 runs at a strike rate of 136.21 which includes four fifties.

Jonny Bairstow (6 matches – 14 sixes):  The English batter has been in red-hot form this season. In five matches he has scored 218 runs at a strike rate of 141.55 and is amongst the highest run-getters in IPL 2021.

Andre Russell (7 Matches – 13 Sixes) – KKR is struggling big time in IPL 2021 with 5 defeats from 7 matches – but one KKR player is hitting big. Russell now is in third place in the Most Sixes table with 13 sixes in IPL this year.

Rohit Sharma (6 Matches -10 sixes): Rohit Sharma is in top-notch form this year the batsman has hit 10 sixes in IPL 2021 so far and has scored 215 runs.

Glenn Maxwell (7 matches – 10 sixes): Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will be happy to see their investment reaping finally paying off. As he is commonly referred to, Big Show has scored 223 runs out of which 60 runs have been scored via 10 sixes.

AB de Villiers (7 Matches -10 sixes): When there is talk about most sixes in IPL, then Mr.360 cannot be far behind. ABD has hist 10 sixes and scored 207 runs in six games.
