The RCB wicket-keeper said, “Back in 2007/08, Virat Kohli had come to play the Deodhar Trophy final in Vizag. I was there in the dressing room after the game and I saw him relaxing and easing out a bit. From there to handing me that pink ball Test trophy, and spending time with him at the Indian team and now at RCB, earning that debut cap was very special to me. I have learnt a lot of things watching him, he’s a machine, he works for everything and doesn’t sit was wishes for things to happen.
Bharat added, “He moves towards good things and that is one aspect every youngster can take out of him. He is a person who constantly keeps working on something he wants. As a youngster, that is the greatest pleasure to watch and there’s nothing like taking a cap from him. It was very special.”
