The post captioned, “The calm before the storm.” The Australian bowler shared a couple of pics on the social media where the two were seen having a quality time together before the the coming of the little one in their lives. The two were supposedly on a vacation where the serene pictures were clicked.
Pat Cummins to miss second phase of IPL 2021
The right arm bowler is all set to miss the second phase of IPL 2021 scheduled in the UAE. In his official YouTube channel, Cummins stated in a Live Q&A session session that he will not be travelling to the UAE because his wife is pregnant and due to give birth in September or October. Since the remaining matches of the tournament are to to conincide with their baby’s arrival, Cummins has made himself unavailable owing to the paternity leave.
His absence will be a huge dent for the purple brigade which will miss his services, especially with the ball. In the first leg, Cummins claimed 9 wickets in the seven matches that he played and returned with an economy of 8.23.
