IPL 2021: Good news for DC & SRH, Shreyas Iyer & T Natarajan inching closer to full recovery from injury; Watch video: Positive news has emerged for Delhi Capitals, Sunrisers Hyderabad besides Team India ahead of the ICC T20 World as batsman Shreyas Iyer and pacer T Natarajan are showing signs of recovery from their injuries. In a recent Instagram story posted by Delhi Capitals star Shreyas Iyer, he was seen hitting the gy =m with Sunrisers Hyderabad quick T Natarajan.

The small clip showed Iyer in his all dapper style before the focus shifted to Natarajan, who was stretching his legs casually on gym equipment.

While Shreyas Iyer dislocated his left shoulder while fielding during the limited-overs series against England in March 2021, T Natarajan was ruled out from the 14th edition of the IPL after just one due to a knee injury.

IPL 2021 Phase 2: Will Iyer and Natarajan feature in IPL 2021 in UAE?

After the abrupt postponement of disaster struck Phase 1 of IPL 2021, the remaining 31 matches of the tournament will take place during September-October in UAE. Both the Indian players have resumed their training and are fairly hopeful of their return in the second leg of the tournament.

Just a few days ago, Iyer shared his batting session with fans. Iyer, who has hit the nets after 100 days ahead of the resumption of IPL, was received well by DC on their Instagram account.

Earlier, pacer Natarajan mentioned his focus of fully recovering before the IPL resumes. In fact, the left-handed speedster confidently mentioned ‘I will start bowling at full tilt in the nets by the end of this month.
