IPL 2021 – Tendulkar Rejoins Mumbai Indians: Mumbai Indians (MI) will attempt to defend their IPL crown in UAE. After playing seven matches MI just has 8 points and are lying 4th in IPL Points Table. In order to get back their winning routine, Rohit Sharma led team has asked for help from someone very special. MI’s former captain Sachin Tendulkar has joined the team in UAE to help the team in the 2nd phase of IPL 2021.

MI great has already reached UAE and would straightaway go into mandatory six-day quarantine at the team’s hotel- The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi.

IPL 2021 – Tendulkar Rejoins Mumbai Indians: This is the first time Tendulkar has been a part of the Mumbai Indians in UAE. In the previous season of IPL, he wasn’t with the team in the Gulf country.

Besides, the 48-year old wasn’t a part of defending champions during the first leg of the tournament in India as he had contracted the Covid-19 virus during the Road Safety World Series. His presence in the dressing-room could be a huge boost to MI players.

IPL 2021 – Tendulkar Rejoins Mumbai Indians: Tendulkar will closely work with his son- Arjun Tendulkar who had been with the team in UAE since August 13. The junior Tendulkar was bought by MI at his base price of Rs 20 lakh in the IPL 2021 auction. It will be for the first time when Sachin will be coaching Arjun in MI’s camp.

The five-time champions Mumbai Indians will kick off their IPL 2021 phase 2 campaign against MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings in Dubai. They have blown hot and cold in the first leg of the tournament and are ranked fourth in the league standings with four wins and three defeats in seven outings.
