In the first leg of the tournament in India, the 34-year old amassed 250 runs in the seven matches he played for his side and returned with an average of 35.71. In the previous edition of IPL in UAE, Sharma had an averge performance with the bat. Though his side lifted the trophy, the skipper returned with an average of just 27.66. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Sharma back in action in the UAE.
