IPL 2021- CSK vs MI: Great news for opener, all India and England players test negative for COVID-19 – In the last tests for Covid-19, ahead of the IPL 2021 phase 2 opener between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians, all the players returning from England have been tested negative. All the Indian and English players stayed in six days of quarantine after landing in UAE. Now the players will enter the bio-bubble created for teams.

IPL 2021 phase 2
India captain Virat Kohli has completed his quarantine and is set to start this practice on Saturday. As per the BCCI’s bio-security protocols, players are allowed to come out of isolation only after the third RT-PCR test on Day 6 returns negative.
Meanwhile, the players returning from CPL and South Africa’s tour of Sri Lanka also landed in UAE. CPL players have returned negative on arrival and have joined their respective team bubbles while players from Colombo arrived in Abu Dhabi by a chartered flight earlier in the day to join their teams. The UAE leg of the IPL will start from September 19 with CSK taking on MI while the final will be played on October 15.
