In Dream11 IPL 2020, Shikhar Dhawan created history on Tuesday by becoming the only batsman in the history of Indian Premier League (IPL) to score back to back centuries. The Delhi Capitals opener achieved the feat in an IPL 2020 match against the Kings XI Punjab on Tuesday (October 20).
Dhawan completed his century in just 57 deliveries and he remained unbeaten on 106 off 61 balls against KXIP which included 12 fours and three sixes. Interestingly, the 34-year-old smashed an unbeaten ton in his last match as well against Chennai Super Kings and notably it was his maiden IPL century.
He scored 101* off 58 balls to help DC successfully chase 180-run target with five wickets in hand against CSK.
Meanwhile, cricket fraternity and fans took to Twitter to congratulate Dhawan for his historic feat.
One of the reasons you always stay with Shikhar Dhawan, especially in white ball cricket, is that when he gets on a roll, he is unstoppable. And a genuine match winner.

Shikhar Dhawan has shown great maturity for someone who doesn’t even understand the meaning of One Tip One Hand. #KXIPvDC
