With series on the line, SKY showed his great composure to hit the Protean attack to build his innings and reach his fifty in style.

SKY scored a fifty in the previous game but unfortunately it was the Proteas who chased down the target to take a 1-0 lead. Now with series on the line, SKY comes to his best form. After the early and quick dismissals of Shubman Gill and Tilak Varma on back to back deliveries, SKY and Jaiswal patiently built India’s innings.

After a fiery start, SKY slowed down to build his score. As he approached his fifty, SKY unleashed his carnage. From just 32 balls, with 2 fours and 5 sixes to reached his fifty by hitting a massive six. Knowing when to hit and when to rotate his strike, SKY executed his batting to perfection.

After reaching his fifty, SKY went on to demonstrate how to hit huge sixes after to slammed the Protean spinners all across the park as he targets his three-digit score while India seek to post a mammoth score for South Africa to chase.
