Indian batsman Shubman Gill once again threw away his wickets, as his struggle in Tests continues. During the second day of the first Test between India and England, Gill was dismissed for 23 from 66 balls, hitting just two boundaries. Former India opener Sunil Gavaskar lashed out at the youngster, for throwing his wicket away.
While commentating on JioCinema, Gavaskar said, “What kind of a shot was he looking to play? One can understand if he was looking to play it in the air but it was just a badly executed on-drive. He did all the hard work and then played a shot like that.”
