India vs England: Sigh of relief for Rahul Dravid as Shreyas Iyer survives injury scare

Shreyas Iyer was hit on forearm while batting in nets in Hyderabad and walked off in pain.

India vs England: In what comes as a good news for Team India, middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer has returned back to nets after sustaining a blow to his right forearm during training in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Iyer was hit while batting in nets and walked off in pain which raised concerns among fans on his availability for the opening Test in Hyderabad, starting on January 25.

However, the 29-year-old returned back to training after receiving some treatment and looked comfortable while batting.
