Jasprit Bumrah take centre stage:
On Sunday (December 19), BCCI shared glimpses of India’s second day of training in South Africa through its official Twitter handle. In the pictures shared India’s pace attack led by Jasprit Bumrah can be seen training and bowling to get acclimatized to the alien conditions.
Jasprit Bumrah bowling during Day 2 of India’s training sessionJasprit Bumrah, who was rested from the home series against New Zealand, will be returning to red-ball format with the 1st Test in Centurion. The last time Bumrah bowled in South African pitches, he accounted for 14 wickets in just 3 games, including a maiden fifer.
Dravid & Ashwin discuss spin bowling:
When last time R Ashwin played at Centurion, he picked up 5 wickets. India’s ace offspinner has picked up 7 wickets on South African soil and was seen discussing some spin bowling tips with India’s newly appointed head coach Rahul Dravid.
