India to prepare for IND vs AUS 2nd Test with pink-ball tour game in between Border-Gavaskar Trophy

The second IND vs AUS Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy will be a pink-ball match that will be played in Adelaide between Dec 6-10

India cricket team will play a two-day pink-ball game against the Prime Minister’s XI before the IND vs AUS 2nd Test in the Border Gavaskar Trophy. The tour game will take place at the Manuka Oval in Canberra on November 30 and December 1. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy, a five Test affair between India and Australia, is scheduled to commence from November 22 onwards.

India to get pink-ball preparation ahead of Adelaide Test

The pink-ball game against the PM XI will help India prepare for the IND vs AUS 2nd Test which will also be a day-night match which will be played in Adelaide. The tour match will be played right before the 2nd Test which is scheduled to be played between December 6-10. Australia were the winners of the previous day-night contest against India in 2020, having secured a 8-wicket victory.

  2. Third Test: December 14-18, Brisbane
  3. Fourth Test: December 26-30, Melbourne
