The India vs South Africa third ODI is also the last opportunity for some of the Australia-bound players in the squad. Bishnoi, who did not play in the second ODI, was in line to feature but Shahbaz Ahmed’s impressive debut keeps him out of the team in Delhi.
Alongside Bishnoi, last match centurion Shreyas Iyer is also one of the reserve players in Indian World Cup squad. Also, Bumrah’s replacement is not yet announced, and Mohammed Siraj will want to stake a claim with a solid show. He scalped three wickets in the last match.
