Cricket Hong Kong has confirmed the news, generating excitement among cricket fans globally.

Cricket Hong Kong announced on social media: “Team India is gearing up to smash it out of the park at HK6! Expect explosive power hitting and a storm of sixes that will electrify the crowd!” With more teams, more sixes, and more excitement, the 2024 edition promises to be a spectacle, with 12 teams battling for glory over three days of non-stop action.

Pakistan also to participate

Notably, Pakistan has also confirmed their participation in the tournament, adding to the anticipation of a possible India vs Pakistan clash. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has already named its squad, with Faheem Ashraf set to lead the seven-member team.

Other notable players include Asif Ali and Aamer Yamin, ensuring a formidable lineup that will aim to dominate in the shorter format.
