While Sri Lanka managed to win the 3rd and the final ODI by 3 wickets (DLS method), India managed to seal the series 2-1. The T20I action between the two sides will begin from Sunday, July 25.
In an interaction with Sony Studio after the final ODI, Arthur mentioned that he was impressed by the performance of Sri Lanka team in the 3rd ODI and acknowledged the efforts of the said four players in the ODI series.

Avishka Fernando
He was the highest run-scorer for the Sri Lankan side in the ODI series against India. In the three innings, he amassed 159 runs and averaged 53 for the Sri Lankan side.
IND vs SL: Wanidu Hasaranga
Though Hasaranga didn’t play the last ODI as he suffered a minor injury, yet he managed to carve his name for his heroics performed earlier. In the two innings, the right-arm leg break gave India a tough time in the second ODI where he scalped 3 important wickets. The series saw his disciplined bowling where he returned 4.31 with the bowling average.

Chamika Karunartne
Though the right-arm fast-medium didn’t claim many wickets, he hogged the limelight for his economical bowling. In the three matches, he bowled 14 overs and maintained an economy of 4.78.
IND vs SL: Dushmantha Chameera
The 29-year-old pacer not just received acknowledgement from Aurthur but also reived praises from India coach Rahul Dravid. After the second ODI, Rahul Dravid had told his Sri Lankan counterparts that he’s immensely impressed with what Dushmantha Chameera has displayed in this series. Chammera, who maintained an economy of 6.43 and aggregated just two wickets garnered attention with his brilliant line lengths and pace.
