Despite comfortably winning the previous game at Delhi, the Proteas side is particularly aware of the danger that the Indian side possesses. And likely so, the South African team will not be taking an easy approach for the next game.
Determined to perform well and carry with their advantage, Anrich Nortje, and Dwayne Pretorious was also seen in the practice session with Bavuma and others.
Apart from the normal batting and bowling met sessions, the team took an active training regime on their cardio and stretching exercises. With the limited over format of the game demanding the very best from every player, it is no surprise that every Proteas player would want to be in their best fitness state.

South Africa currently leads the 5-match T20I series 1-0 and will be eager to continue their fiery form in the next game. In the pre-match conference, Wayne Parnell claimed that the Proteas side was not taking the game lightly and will be fully prepared to weather the upcoming Indian storm.
“This match is going to be crucial. India ill definitely bounce back. They are a quality side. We don’t expect anything else. Every single game till the Bengaluru T20I is going to be very very tough,” said Parnell.
“Obviously, it was a great win the other night and we can take a lot of confidence from it but now a brand new venue, new conditions so we have to adapt and start fresh,” he added.
