On the fifth ball of the 13th over of South Africa’s innings, Mohammad Siraj bowled a full-length delivery to Rassie van der Dussen and the Protea batter could do nothing but edge it to Ajinkaya Rahane towards the gully region. It was a regulation catch for the former vice-captain. However, Siraj’s celebration post that wicket was what caught the eyes of the spectators.
As soon as Rahane completed the catch, Siraj was all pumped up and running in jubilation. The 27-year-old was overjoyed at his first wicket in South Africa and could not stop himself from bringing out Cristiano Ronaldo’s famous ‘siuu’ celebration.

Day 3 has been bowler’s day at the SuperSport Park as 12 wickets have already fallen with one session still remaining. At first, it was the Indian batters who found it difficult against the South African pace duo of KG Rabada and Lungi Ngidi. The latter repeated his debut performance and scalped six wickets while Rabada and Marco Jansen shared the rest four wickets between them.
After bundling out India for 327, South Africa’s opening pair of Dean Elgar and Aiden Markram started the proceedings. However, Jasprit Bumrah did not give it at all against the two and removed Elgar in the first over itself. Bumrah was well supported by Shami, Siraj, and Shardul helping Indian reduce South Africa to 109/5 at Tea on Day 3.
