IND vs SA LIVE: With 7 Consecutive defeats against South Africa, Indian CRICKET team on verge of MOST SHAMEFUL RECORD, CHECK DETAILS

On Tuesday, Bhuvneshwar Kumar can go clear of Badree and Southee. The pacer bounced back strongly in the 2nd T20 after a poor first match in Delhi.

His superb spell yielded 4 wickets for just 13 runs. He bagged two wickets in the powerplay alone. However, he will have to lead India once again for any chance to stop the slide against South Africa.

India are on a 7-match losing streak against South Africa and a loss in Vizag will see India lose a home series for the first time since 2019.

IND vs SA Live: What are the changes Rahul Dravid likely to make?

  • Despite a poor run, Ruturaj Gaikwad could retain his place as the team management doesn’t consider Venkatesh Iyer to be the opener.
  • Axar Patel is likely to be dropped for Deepak Hooda. Patel has been sparingly used as a bowler while he has not contributed much with the bat either.
  • Deepak Hooda who was in fine form with the bat in IPL 2022 could be the best replacement.
  • Hooda can not only contribute at No 3 but is an able batter in the middle-order and can bowl off-spin too.
  • Arshdeep Singh is likely to be called in. The young pacer warmed the bench in the first two matches but with Avesh Khan and Harshal Patel misfiring, Arshdeep can be called in.
  • The most obvious change will be in Yuzvendra Chahal. The leggie has been enduring a poor form and Ravi Bishnoi is likely to be called in.
