South Africa tour of India: The Proteas have enjoyed stellar success in India over the last few meetings, completely nullifying any home advantage India have had. In the four matches the two teams have played in India over the last decade, South Africa have won three of those, with the Men in Blue sealing victory only once.
With a host of superstars missing, the job just got tougher for captain KL Rahul who will hope that a five match series can set the record straight. The Indians will also feel the heat with a World Record in sight as the hosts eye for 13 straight T20 wins.

In a rather good news for India, South Africa do not have many survivors from their last tour here, with only Quinton de Kock, Kagiso Rabada and David Miller being part of the previous assignment.
However, the new band of Proteas do have experience of playing in Indian conditions, having featured in the recently concluded IPL 2022. As many as 11 stars including the aforementioned trio featured in the cash-rich league, and will now don the South African green.
