IND vs SA: Fans mesmerized by Drvaid’s humbleness – It was not until one of the fans noticed that Dravid was sitting with his mask on. News spread fast and a lot of fans wanted Dravid’s autograph and a picture. The India coach though requested fans to attend Viswanath’s book launch event and then told them to have photos.
He reluctantly came and sat in the first row after GRV asked him to towards the end of the event! He said sorry when he couldn’t get his autograph right because people wouldn’t let him stand properly! (he signed about 50books standing)

This gesture by the legendary cricketer left fans mesmerized. “He walked in alone with a mask on, and greeted Ram Guha which is when me and Sameer realized it was indeed Rahul Dravid, he happily sat in the last row without any fuss so much so that the girl sitting next to him didn’t even realized who she was sitting with,” wrote Kashy.

I was there just on the corner in adjacent row with a gap of 1 seat and little space to walk between. I realized it was him and shook hands. He opened his mask for a brief moment and one person also saw and asked for a photo. He requested that we do it in the end of function (1)
