The preparations of the Indian team have been on full swing. However, they did get one day off after qualifying for the Super 4 stage. They spent their off day at the beach, playing some water sports, including surfing and kayaking.

In the training video posted by BCCI on Sunday, it starts off with Rahul Dravid explaining how the pressure of Asia Cup is a good thing before the World Cup. The video comprises highlights package from practice, which includes Kohli, Suryakumar, Pandya, Rishabh Pant among others smashing bowlers.

Amongst the bowlers, Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin were seen toiling hard at the nets. While speedster Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s yorkers were on the money during the practice.

Interestingly, there are a couple of clippings from the session, where Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma have been involved in discussions. It could be about batting or the team composition for the India-Pakistan encounter as well.

The team management has some important calls to make when it comes to team selection. It has become very important with the injury to Ravindra Jadeja, who was key to India’s balance in the team composition. Do they straightaway play his immediate replacement Axar Patel?
