IND vs NZ: Shreyas Iyer stumps Mohammed Siraj with cool magic trick – Shreyas Iyer had Mohammed Siraj at a loss for words after he stumped him with a cool card trick. After India sealed a 3-0 whitewash win over New Zealand, the players spent quality time in their hotel rooms before departing for Kanpur for the upcoming series. Before their travels, Iyer flaunted his proficiency with cards in front of his fellow teammates, leaving Siraj stunned.

In a video shared by BCCI on their social media, Shreyas Iyer can be seen showing a card trick to fellow teammates Mohammed Siraj and Ruturaj Gaikwad. Still clad in their Indian jerseys, Iyer asked Siraj to pick a card at random and showed it to his fellow mates and Shreyas before enclosing it in his palms. Then Shreyas picked up another card, and rubbed it against Siraj’s hands and miraculously swapped the two cards to leave Siraj completely stunned. The fast bowler strutted out of the frame as Shreyas Iyer flaunted his trick to the camera in a video that has since gone viral on social media. Watch it here:

Shreyas Iyer is likely to make his Test debut for India as he heads to Kanpur along with Mohammed Siraj and others to join up with the Test squad. With Virat Kohli resting for the game, Iyer could slot naturally into the middle order role, but will face stiff competition from Shubman Gill who will also be vying for a spot in the team.
