Earlier, in the T20 series against SriLanka Pandya scored only 45 runs in 3 games. And in the ODI series against SriLanka, the all-rounder could only score 50 runs in 2 matches. It is likely that the Indian team management will use the dead rubber as an opportunity to rest Pandya. The management can give a chance to the new player.
