A testament to that was on display on Wednesday as he saved the IND vs NZ T20 trophy from falling against a strong wind in Wellington. In a video posted by the Black Caps on their official Twitter handle, Williamson and Hardik Pandya were gearing up for a captain’s photoshoot ahead of the T20 series opener in Wellington when a strong wind at the port side affected the position of the trophy. But Williamson’s presence of mind saved it from falling.

On November 18 in Wellington, the three-match T20I series will kick off the India tour of New Zealand in 2022. Following the series, an equal number of ODIs will be played beginning on November 25.

Three games in the T20I series will take place on November 18, 20, and 22. The first T20I will take place at Sky Stadium in Wellington. Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui is where the second T20I will be played. McLean Park in Napier will serve as the game’s venue. Hardik Pandya is set to lead India in the T20I series.

The first ODI in the match between India and New Zealand is scheduled for November 25 at Auckland’s Eden Park. The second ODI will be played on November 27 at Hamilton’s Seddon Park. While t the third ODI will be played at Hagley Oval in Christchurch on November 30.  In the ODI series, India will be led by Shikhar Dhawan.
