Good news for Team India, Ravindra Jadeja gets green signal for IND vs ENG Rajkot Test

Ravindra Jadeja, who missed the second Test in Vizag after sustaining a hamstring injury, returned to the nets with Team India on Monday.

Star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is back in nets ahead of the IND vs ENG 3rd Test, set to begin on February 15 in Rajkot.

The Indian all-rounder shared an image from his net session on his Instagram account with the caption, “Looking good in this attire”.

Ravindra Jadeja gets green signal for home Test

According to Indian Express, the BCCI medical team has given Jadeja the green signal to play in Rajkot Test.

Earlier, the senior selection committee, while naming the squad for the last three Test matches, had stated that that “the participation of Ravindra Jadeja and KL Rahul is subject to fitness”.

The 35-year-old all-rounder holds great record at his home ground, including a record triple century in first-class cricket.

KL Rahul ruled out, Devudutt Padikkal set for call-up

Meanwhile, Indian Express has reported that Indian batter KL Rahul has been ruled out of the third Test. Karnataka batter Devdutt Padikkal is set to receive a call-up in the squad as Rahul’s replacement.
