IND vs ENG: Umesh Yadav completes 150 Test wickets; Jasprit Bumrah one wicket away from becoming fastest Indian pacer to complete 100 wickets: Indian pacer Umesh Yadav scalped 150 Test wickets with the wicket of Craig Overton on Friday morning. Before the 4th Test against England, the Indian pacer had 148 Tets wickets but Joe Root’s wicket on Day 1 and Overton’s wicket on Day 2 helped him reach the 150-wicket figure. It took him 49 Tests to reach the milestone. However, his teammate Jasprit Bumrah is just a wicket away from completing 100 Test wickets. If he gets another, he will be the fastest Indian pacer to reach the mark.

IND vs ENG 4th Test – No sooner Bumrah came into the attack for India with the ball, he defined both of England openers- Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed’s way to the pavilion. The right arm lanky pacer is just one wicket short to complete his 100 Test wickets and become the fastest Indian pacer to achieve this feat.

IND vs ENG 4th Test: Umesh Yadav, who is playing his first match of the series marked his presence in all style by scalping the man in form- Joe Root. The Indian bowler cleaned him up for just 21 runs. By just getting one scalp under his belt, Yadav will achieve 150 Test wickets.

India vs England: Match standings as of now

India might have been bundled out for 191 in the first innings, but Jasprit Bumrah dismissed England’s openers Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed to end scintillating Day 1 of the ongoing fourth Test here at the Kennington Oval on Thursday. At stumps, England’s score read 53/3– still trailing by 138 runs with seven wickets in hand, For the hosts, Dawid Malan (26*) and Craig Overton (1*) are at the crease.
