Following the conclusion of the IND vs BAN Tests, the India Cricket Team will take on the visitors for a 3-match T20I series. However, there is a huge potential security threat for the IND vs BAN 1st T20I in Gwalior. Owing to the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh, the Hindu Mahasabha has called for a band on the very same date.
A bandh in Gwalior has been called by the Hindu Mahasabha in a bid for protest against Hindus in Bangladesh. The Mahasabha is also opposing the India vs Bangladesh 1st T20I that is slated to be held in the city of Gwalior on 6th October.

Security Threat in Gwalior
“The Hindu Mahasabha has given a call for ‘Gwalior Bandh’ on the day of the match and there will be no ban on essential commodities,” said national vice-president Jaiveer Bharadwaj.
The Hindu Mahasabha has made it clear, that strike has been called to mark a protest for the upcoming game. It remains to be seen how the City and State manages to overcome the strike and other obstacles so that the match can proceed peacefully.
Currently, the two sides are facing each other in the ongoing Test series. The India Cricket Team inflicted a crushing 280-run defeat against Bangladesh in the 1st Test in Chennai. And now the bandwagon moves to Kanpur where the second Test will take place from 27th September.
