Khawaja on Wednesday posted on social media about being “stranded”. He spent the night at an airport hotel in Melbourne after parting with team mates, local media said. Khawaja has previously had a visa problem travelling to India when he tried to enter the country in 2011 for the now-defunct T20 Champions League.
Where is Australian Cricket Team? Meanwhile Pat Cummins-led Australia Test Team has arrived in Bangalore on Wednesday. Their 5-day camp in Alur, on the outskirts of Bangalore will start tofay. Post the camp they will travel to Nagpur for the 1st Test. The Test series will begin on February 9 at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Jamtha, Nagpur.
