IND vs AUS LIVE: India vs Australia LIVE – It has been a relatively happy return for Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah into the India squad. In a rain-drenched and delayed match where India needed an outright win to save the series, Bumrah returned to showcase his fiery bowling. Rohit Sharma decided to keep Bumrah on the bench in the first game and opted to play Umesh Yadav. However, with India losing the first game and the ICC T20 World Cup imminent, Bumrah started for the Men in Blue to help level the series at 1-1. IND vs AUS LIVE: Jasprit Bumrah makes STELLAR Comeback, dispatches Aaron Finch with STUNNING yorker – Watch Video
Rohit Sharma opted to field first after winning the toss. After rain played spoilsport, the match was reduced to an 8-overs a side game. Australia managed to pile up 90/5 after the end of the stipulated 8 overs. But it was the return of pacer Jasprit Bumrah that impressed the fans. Bumrah was sidelined with a back injury after the India Tour of England series.
Bumrah bowled the maximum of 2 overs where he gave away 23 runs but not before dismissing Aussie Aaron Finch with his trademark yorker. Bumrah attempted a similar delivery to Steve Smith, greatly disturbing the Aussie batter. With Aaron Finch on a roll, it was Bumrah’s special delivery that brought an end to Finch’s 31-run knock of 15 deliveries.

Bumrah nailing the yorker and bowling a fine spell at the death was a pleasing sight for the management and the Indian cricket team fans. The talismanic fast bowler missed India’s Asia Cup campaign and also played no part in the 1st T20I defeat in Mohali due to injury. Now back to full fitness, Bumrah showcased his skill and precision and India will hope for more of the same heading into the T20 World Cup in Australia.
