IND vs AUS Marnus Labuschagne David Warner – Marnus Labuschagne came up with a fantastic idea after Australia were forced to cancel a practice session in Nagpur. The right-hand batter invited David Warner for a special coffee date at the team hotel before heading to Delhi. Marnus’ love for coffee to second to none, and he is often the one who asks players to come over for a hot cup of Coffee. With Warner woefully out of form, the Australian teammate wanted to cheer the southpaw by giving him up a fresh cup of Coffee. Follow India vs Australia Live Updates with InsideSport.IN.

IND vs AUS: Why Australia practice session got canceled?

Nagpur pitch curator has watered down Australia’s aspirations of practicing spin. After Australia were bundled out for 91 in Nagpur in the 2nd innings on Day 3, coach Andrew McDonald had requested the pitch curator to keep the pitch as is. Pat Cummins & Co wanted to practice on the same demonic pitch before traveling to Delhi.

With the match ending in three days, Australia head coach McDonald was keen to give batters a practice on rank-turner pitch in Nagpur. The second Test match will be played in Delhi, and by the looks of it, another spin-friendly pitch is on the cards. None of the Australian batters could score a 50 in the Nagpur pitch, with Labuschagne registering the highest score of 47 in the first innings. Warner recorded low scores and the pressure is huge on the southpaw to get some runs under the belt in the Nagpur Test.

IND vs AUS: David Warner struggling for runs Mithell Jonshon wants the southpaw to be dropped for Delhi Test

Time is running out for David Warner very quickly. After two more Asian failures in the opening Test in Nagpur, the clamor to replace David Warner is getting louder and louder in the Australian selectors’ ears. In the latest, Warner’s former teammate Mitchell Johnson called out the selectors and asked them to drop the veteran opener. Notably, Australia’s selectors have already contemplated replacing Travis Head, who was shockingly fired last week, with David Warner as the Test opener in India.

“I would drop David Warner, elevate Matthew Renshaw to open and bring Travis Head into the middle order,” Johnson wrote in his column in West Australian.
