IND vs AUS 3rd Test: Gabba weather report for Day 2

The weather for Day 2 of the IND vs AUS 3rd Test seems promising but rain might make some appearances.

Day 1 of the IND vs AUS 3rd Test was abandoned due to the rain, as the Gabba weather did not allow the fans to witness the fierce battle of two cricketing giants. Australia were 28/0 from 13.2 overs after India opted to bowl when rain interrupted the play in the first session and lunch was taken. No play was possible after that. Ahead of the IND vs AUS 3rd Test Day 2, let us check out the Gabba weather for Sunday.

IND vs AUS 3rd Test: Gabba Weather

The weather forecast for Day 2 (15 December, Sunday) is much better; however, there are possibilities of rain interruptions. AccuWeather.com says that the probability of precipitation on Sunday is around 46%, while the probability of thunderstorms is 9%. This means while rain may play spoilsport at times, there are fewer chances of the day being washed out.

Speaking more about the IND vs AUS Test series, both sides have won one match each and will be eager to take the lead after winning the 3rd Test. However, the Gabba weather seems to have some other plans, as rain interruptions might be a regular feature in the ongoing series.
