Shivam Dube continues to shine for India Cricket Team in Hardik Pandya’s absence. The able all- rounder hammered consecutive fifties in the ongoing IND vs AFG T20I series. He slammed his fifty in just 22 balls hammering 3 fours and 4 huge sixes to seal the deal for Team India.

He he was decent with the ball, he was exceptional with the bat. Going toe-to-toe with the hard hitting Yashasvi Jaiswal, Dube hammered the Pathans from ball one.

Coming to bat in the middle after Virat Kohli’s dismissal, Dube made his intentions clear from the beginning. But the highlight of his innings came against veteran Mohammad Nabi. The youngster hammered 3 consecutive sixes to race towards his fifty.

Now with back to back fifties, Dube will surely make his case for the T20 World Cup. In Hardik Pandya’s absence, Dube can be a perfect fit for India. He scalped a wicket in the previous game and did the same in todays game. He gave away 36 runs in 3 overs before dismissing Azmatullah Omarzai.

The southpaw showed his aggressive intent with his shot selection where he punished the poor balls. Accompanied by Jaiswal, Dube stitched a solid 50 run partnership from just 27 balls. With India aiming to seal the series, the youngster went all guns blazing to race towards his fifty.
