IND vs AFG: India Cricket Team aims perfect T20I series victory in IND vs AFG 3rd T20I

The India Cricket Team will be aiming for a whitewash against the Pathans. India have already won the series after winning the previous games. A 3-0 win will be prefect for Team India who will play their final T20I match before the T20 World Cup. With the series in the bag, Rohit Sharma and Co will not go easy on the visitors for the IND vs AFG 3rd T20I.

India put up a strong display both in Mohali and Indore to win both the games in convincing fashion by 6 wickets. Rohit Sharma got dismissed for ducks on both occasions, but Shivam Dube was extremely impressive with consecutive fifties. Virat Kohli too showcased his mark on his T20I return with a quick knock of 29 runs.

India will like to keep their set team unchanged. Shubman Gill and Tilak Varma missed out on a chance to play, they are unlikely to feature yet again. In terms of the bowling, the spin unit, especially Axar Patel and Ravi Bishnoi has scalped wickets on crucial intervals of the game.

India will hope to finish their T20I series strongly for a couple of reasons. This will be India’s last T20I match before the mega tournament. So naturally the players will be keen to perform before the IPL. Furthermore, with the return of Kohli and Rohit in the team, the youngsters will be keen to perform and prove their worth to contest for a place in the T20 World Cup squad.
