The MEGA Series fight for Border-Gavaskar Trophy will be broadcasted by BT Sport in the territories of UK & Ireland. INDIA Australia BT Sports: Australia’s tour comprises four Test matches and three one-day internationals. The first Test match start in Nagpur on Thursday.

BT Sport currently holds Cricket Australia rights in the UK in a four-year deal, from 2021-22 to 2024-25.

The Ashes series between Australia and England is the marquee property within the inventory in the UK market, recent India tours of Australia have also garnered strong interest.

There has been no long-term UK broadcaster of BCCI series in recent years. In 2021, UK free-to-air broadcaster Channel 4 completed a deal for non-exclusive rights to England’s tour of India, bringing live test cricket to UK free-to-air television for the first time since 2005.

Australia have handed a maiden Test call-up to off-spinner Todd Murphy and the management have also included speedster Lance Morris in the team. However, ace leg-spinner Adam Zampa, who was hoping to find a place on the side, has not been picked.

India has included Ishan Kishan in the unit with wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant in recovery after a car accident.

Ravindra Jadeja is back in India’s Test set-up but his inclusion is subject to fitness. He has already passed the FITNESS TEST by playing in Ranji Trophy game for Saurashtra.
