What LSG owner told Naveen-ul-Haq after spat with Virat Kohli
In a podcast with TRS, Sanjiv Goenka revealed that he had expressed full support to Naveen-ul-Haq following the incident. The LSG owner stated that he had told the Afghan pacer that he had the complete support of the management if he felt insecure or was in dire need of support. He added that it was not about showing the spirit to fight but instead respond by taking all wickets of the opposition team and that was the motivation he provided to Naveen.
“That situation took place during a game. So I will not comment on whether it was right or wrong. It is easy to be judgmental but it is not for us to judge. I just told Naveen that if you need any support or you are feeling insecure, we are there to support you,” Goenka said.
