The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 is just around the corner, and excitement is brewing! To prepare for the main event, a series of warm-up matches will be played between the 17 participating teams from May 27th to June 1st.
T20 World Cup Warm-up venues
Cricket fans in the United States and Trinidad and Tobago will be treated to a taste of the T20 World Cup action. The warm-up fixtures will be held at four venues:
- Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium, Texas
- Broward County Stadium, Florida
- Queen’s Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago
- Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trinidad and Tobago
More T20 WC warm-up Matches
This year, teams have the option to play up to two warm-up matches, allowing them to strategize and experiment with their full 15-member squads. These matches will be played as standard 20-over contests but won’t hold official T20 International status.

The clash between the West Indies and Australia on May 30th at Queen’s Park Oval will be the only match open to the public. Tickets are available for purchase online or at designated box offices starting May 16th.
