ICC responsible for India vs Canada washout? Fans blames board’s blunder in Florida instead of rain

After one more 'no game' at Lauderhill, from fans to cricket experts, everyone is pointing fingers towards the ICC and their arrangements.

That’s it from Central Broward Park Stadium in Florida. The stadium, which was set to host a few highly anticipated matches, has seen nothing. First, Pakistan’s fate-decisive game between the USA and Ireland got washed out, and then India, who were all set to play their last group stage game against Canada, also had their match abandoned without a single ball being bowled. Now the question is: Who is responsible for this, the rain or, as per fans, the ICC?

Many social media users have suddenly erupted with complaints, pointing fingers at the ICC for their poor arrangements. They believe the ground should have been fully covered, and many are asking more questions. Let’s take a look at all the reactions coming from users, which are taking X by storm.

Sunil Gavaskar couldn’t hold himself back as well!

Apart from social media users, former India legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar also lambasted the facilities. Gavaskar said, ‘The ICC should not host matches where there are no covers to cover the entire ground. You just can’t cover the pitch and let the other parts of the ground get wet’.
