Hairstylist Ansari met with a tragic accident on June 21 in the West Indies, where he was accompanying Irfan Pathan for the ongoing T20 World Cup.

Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan shared a heartfelt tribute on social media to his hairstylist Faiyaz Ansari, who drowned in a swimming pool accident in the West Indies. This unfortunate incident occurred when the Super Eight leg of the ongoing T20 World Cup was going on.

Irfan Pathan pays tribute to his brother!

The athlete posted a montage of pictures and videos of Ansari and himself set to the instrumental tune of emotional song “See You Again.” Pathan fondly referred to Ansari as his “shadow,” highlighting the strong bond they shared. Pathan wrote, “In the past six years, Faiyaz became family to us. My children would run to greet him whenever he came over. He loved me like an elder brother, and I loved him like a younger one. The pain of losing him is indescribable; I’ve never experienced anything like it. His ever-smiling face and his constant ‘ji bhai’ will stay with me forever. I miss you dearly my brother my shadow, Faiyaz.”

Ansari, a makeup artist from Bijnor, met with a tragic accident on June 21 in the West Indies, where he was accompanying Irfan Pathan for the ongoing T20 World Cup. Ansari drowned in a swimming pool, leaving his family and friends in a state of shock and despair. The family was about to receive the body in Delhi after about three to four days. Sadly Ansari had tied the knot just two months ago.
