‘I find it extra special’: Hardik Pandya excited to play ‘big game’ against Pakistan

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya on Friday opened up on his excitement at playing the India vs Pakistan match. Pandya, in an interview with Star Sports, expressed his feelings regarding the upcoming tie in T20 World Cup 2024, saying he finds it extra motivating to play in big games.

For me, standing in big games is very exciting for me, I find it extra special and Pakistan has been one team where I have been very fortunate, I have been able to do well in a lot of games,” Pandya said in a video on Star Sports.

Hardik has amassed 84 runs in 5 T20I innings against Pakistan, with a highest score of 40 at a strike-rate of 127.7 per innings. In contrast, he has 11 scalps at an economy rate of 9.55 in the bowling department.
