The salary of Ranji Trophy players looks really impressive now, as mentioned in the table, giving a complete idea of how much players earn in a Ranji Trophy season. Players with 40+ matches of experience earn INR 60,000 per day if they are in the playing XI, while those in the reserves with the same level of experience get INR 30,000 per day.

Players with slightly less experience, having played 21-40 matches, earn INR 50,000 per day if they are in the playing XI and INR 25,000 per day if they are in the reserves. Also, non-playing squad members earn INR 25,000 per day.

This is all part of the BCCI’s plan to provide maximum financial support to Ranji Trophy players, helping to bridge the gap between the salaries of domestic players and those in the Indian Premier League.
