Harshit Rana has received a maiden call-up to the Indian Cricket Team for the five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe. Rana earned this opportunity based on his performance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, where he took 19 wickets in 13 matches for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Rana came in as a replacement after Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, and Yashasvi Jaiswal were excluded from the IND vs ZIM squad.
India will face Zimbabwe in the T20I series scheduled from July 6 to July 14 at the Harare Sports Club.
