Harsha Bhogle biased towards MI? Ex-Indian player launches scathing attack on commentator

Bhogle had claimed that Chennai Super Kings were 20 short despite scoring 206 runs and had applauded Rohit Sharma's match losing century as well.

It’s Harsha Bhogle’s turn to come under the wrath of a former Indian cricketer. The same cricketer, who had bashed Ravichandran Ashwin for not respecting him last month, has now decided to go after the ‘voice of cricket’.

Former Indian leg-spinner Laxman Sivaramakrishnan took to Twitter (formerly X) to take aim at Bhogle after he criticized the Chennai Super Kings for not scoring enough. The Ruturaj Gaikwad-led side had scored 206 runs, but according to Bhogle, the score wasn’t enough, and he needed to make another 20 runs to stand a chance against the Mumbai Indians.

Laxman Sivaramakrishnan calls Harsha Bhogle a ‘Mumbai Freak’

A former IPL commentator himself, Laxman, claimed that Bhogle is one of many who like to put Chennai down. He also used inflammatory language, calling him a ‘freak’. He further questioned the famous commentator’s contribution to Indian cricket.
