Hardik Pandya goes through the ‘grind, AM to PM’, in his road to recovery

Hardik Pandya suffered an injury while stopping a ball off his own bowling, during a World Cup 2023, in October.

Hardik Pandya has been out of the Indian team for a few months now, after he suffered an ankle injury during the comeback. But the good news as of now is, the all-rounder is going through a rigorous fitness regime, and is certainly on the road to a comeback, in the Indian team.

Just recently, Pandya was announced as the skipper of Team Mumbai Indians in the IPL, so the 30-year-old is putting even more effort in his training, to be in his best shape ever. On Wednesday, Pandya posted yet another video of his hard training routine, and captioned the post as, “AM to PM ➡️ on the grind.”

Meanwhile, the Indian team is currently playing a T20I series Afghanistan, where the team has find a decent alternate to Hardik Pandya — Shivam Dube, who has scored two fifties in as many matches, and picked up two wickets as well. In fact, given the kind of performances Dube is coming up with, it could be a tussle between him and Pandya, for a spot in the playing XI.
