Hardik Pandya and Co continue to sweat hard at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru. While the Rohit Sharma-led squad wrapped up the first Test with an innings win and 141 runs on Day 3 in Dominica, the T20 continue to build their fitness before traveling to the Caribbeans. India will face West Indies for 5 T20I matches with the last 2 games set to take place in the USA.
Team India moves to top of points table in WTC 2023-25
Quite a few members of the squad last played cricket in IPL 2023 and therefore in a bid to improve their fitness, they are gathered at the NCA where they resume their training. The T20 squad skipper Hardik Pandya was spotted sweating hard at the gym.
Apart from Hardik, other players at NCA include the likes of the spinner duo of Kul-Cha – Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav. Chahal posted on social media a picture with Sanju Samson where it seemed that the duo are having a good time. Sanju Samson who was left back for the WTC Finals and ODI squad, is set to start in the shortest format of the game.

Chahal also posted a candid picture with his long-time spin comrade Kuldeep Yadav as the duo were seen sharing a laugh together. India take on West Indies in the first T20 game on 3rd August.
