From fan to player – “In 2018 when the Chennai team came to play their match in Pune, I was also a part of the fans who cheered them, going to the stadium,” Gaikwad began.
“This year you’ll have the chance, not sure when the next chance will come. So whenever possible, do come out and support us,” the opener concluded.

But he is now focused on regaining his composure with the bat having failed miserably so far.
CSK also need turn in fortunes – so far in the IPL 2022, CSK have failed to stamp their authority having won only one of their five matches so far. While Ruturaj has been struggling his team too are in desperate need of turn in fortunes. Last season Ruturaj amassed a total of 635 runs, two more than nearest rival and then partner Faf Du Plessis.
